This month’s AGES‑AHA meeting will feature a presentation on our recently completed summer dig at URC. Over two small exploratory trenches, we set out to investigate the possible line of the Roman road and to learn more about what lies beneath the site.

During the session, we’ll look back at what was uncovered, share details of the finds, and go through any expert feedback we’ve received since the dig concluded. It’s a chance for everyone to see the results, hear what specialists have told us, and discuss what these discoveries might mean for future work.
