Meetings & Events Diary
Monthly meetings take place on the last Tuesday of most months from 7.30pm to 9.30pm in the Small Hall at Hadleigh United Reformed Church, 1 Church Road, Hadleigh, Essex, SS7 2DQ.
The church can be found at the western end of Church Road in Hadleigh, opposite the car park for the Iceland store. There is parking available in the car park behind the adjacent Choice store.
There is a meeting fee of £2.50, which includes refreshments. Friends and neighbours are welcome to come with a member, as their guest, to any meeting.

Come to the old part of the church and see finds dug up on the Wednesday by AGES at St Peter's Field and at Kingston School and by Southend High School for Boys students at various other pits around Thundersley. The club's AGM will take place in as short a time as possible to leave time for Carol to give a talk about "Roman Food & Some Roman Nibbles" so that we can then break for refreshments with some special Roman nibbles. The dig will take place starting on Wednesday (9am to 4.30pm) and concluding on the Thursday (9am to up to 5pm). Current non members may join in with the dig if they pay £5 temporary digging membership on the day when they arrive. (This temporary membership will allow participation on both days and include invitations back tomfuturenAGES meetings to hear about the results from the dig).
